1 Scallion
3 tbsps white or yellow onion
1 garlic clove
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsps oil (vegetable or olive)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 tsp mustard
PREPARATION
Put everything in the blender. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Serve with mixed greens or any salads.
