- 4 – 1″ New York Strip Steaks
- I clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinate the steaks in the dish at least one hour or overnight in the refrigerator
