- 1 Set of Phylllo Dough sheets
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
- Dry basil
- Salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add eggs to a bowl and mix them. Add salt
- Grease 8 muffin cups
- Lay out the phyllo sheets and cut them into 8 rectangles
- Take a few layers of phyllo squares and put them on the bottom of the muffin cups
- Brush them with butter
- Add a couple more layers of phyllo squares (You will have leftover phyllo squares after this step)
- Brush them with butter
- Add shredded cheese
- Pour egg mix into the 8 muffin cups
- Add basil on top of each cup
- Bake them for about 20-25 minutes until the eggs look done
